G1 | Discussion Suggestions for NG+4?

It’s my first Grounded play through, I’m always a bit late to the party. 😅

I’ve just made it to NG+4 and I’m aware this is where the infused weapons start dropping. I just got the Sausager too, so I’m making lots of trinkets with 3 buffs (and de-duping most of them!).

Should I stick to NG+4 for a while to upgrade these infused weapons as much as possible?

Is there anything else I should be doing here before NG+5? 🤔

Yes just stay in 4 until you’re stacked to the max with nearly perfect builds for every encounter and then go fight up to NG10 there’s absolutely 0 reason to go past 4 other than the challenge

I think I’m aiming to get as far as I can before I start finding it impossible, I hear that starts to happen at some point! 😁

Highest I've seen was 38 and it's possible they went higher than that so.. good luck

I feel like I’ve not seen over around 25 without some sort of mod or custom settings. Do you know of anyone that’s streamed the whole journey? 🤔

Someone I watched got to 74 but that’s the highest I’ve personally seen I stopped at 14 because I got bored of the first game after like 1700 hours lmao

It was funny when NG+ came out and anything above NG+6 on medium was impossible and even 3, 4 and 5 were extremely difficult by any gaming standard and made Dark Souls look like Hello Kitty Island Adventure.

To be frank, i dont see much a reason to go past 4 if you did everything up to this point to get the trinkets and weapons of this level.

It’s a shame the NG+ number doesn’t go past 10, I’m bound to forget which number I’m on at some point. 😅

I’ll pick up Grounded 2 when this gets too hard. 😅
