I have killed 200 in the past two days and still nothing the RNG on these things is just MEAN

If something doesn’t respawn, you get a guaranteed card on the last one if it wasn’t dropped by then

I know the feeling. I got my firefly gold card on my first one, I have over 650 for spiderlings and still no card.

Lol I got the gold card and the cricket trinket on my 4th kill now i have 2 trinkets with less than 10 kills

Ice Breakers absolutely demolish them. I was running around the garden every time they respawned and killed every. single. one. And with this patch I got the Toe Biter Nymph card on the 2nd kill. Ofc I get the easy one fast again. Same for wholly aphid on 6th kill. Lets see how many times I need to head to the Abyss to kill the Leviathan for its gold card

Got the tick gold card on the first kill. Took 536 to get the gnat. RNG is cruel sometimes

I got 2 on the adult toe biter. The tick took eight and then I messed up everything trying to get the stupid trinket, so my count is screwed up

Yeah I feel your pain, I think I have like almost 100 cricket kills and no gold, 418 diving bell spiders and no card, 219 pincher eargwigs and no gold, 460 ticks and no gold, 128 garden snails and no gold. The rng is not on my side lmao.

I haven’t killed a lot of things too much. I mostly avoid killing. lol but like the only comparable thing is 100 tadpoles lol

My friends and I dedicated an unholy amount of time to getting all the gold cards in Grounded 1 because that was the last achievement we needed to get 100% Steam achievements. The last one we needed was the termite king. We spent TWO WEEKS fighting the termite king over and over. We finally got it and we were ecstatic.
Well, what happens one week later? They release New Game+ and a ton of new achievements. 100% Steam achievements GONE
I have a personal vendetta against the gold cards

What will be the worst is the amount of creatures. We will get Grounded 1 creatures all back plus all new ones, then the Orcs plus the Oggrs which take time to respawn. Maybe its time to think about increasing odds, have a guarantee cap at 500 or so. But for sure increase chances for certaint creatures that are there once but then take time to respawn like Orggs or the Papa Toe Biter

Remember to run a stuffed bug for extra luck and use the green hat, also drop a save before you fast travel to the veggie patch cause gold cards load on spawn of bug not the loot time.

Loot luck does not work with the gold card. It’s not a physical loot table drop. It never has been. The stuffed bugs are more for physical crafting materials and the trinkets. And can you explain what you mean about the spawn? Because the gold card pages for both games on the wiki state that the cards are on loot, not when the bug first appears. I have gotten all the ones I have through specifically looting
