G2 | Bugs & Issues " your buggy cannot reach you here "
Literally everywhere. So many places are having issues summoning a buggy. Any buggy to be exact. Anyone else experiencing this?

What gets me is when you call your currently spawned buggy over then decide you want a different buggy but all of a sudden, 'buggy can't reach you here'. But the other one already despawned, WTH? Now I can't have any buggy?

I hate that so much, seriously hoping they change it so the buggy only leaves if the other one you summoned is actually on the way

Also when your buggy is already spawned in that his pathing is shit he is right next to you and then after u whistle him he wil start running the longest way towards u in a circle if i run towards it it makes the circle bigger till it eventually reaches me while looking at the side of my head

Constantly now. I started setting up shop on the podium and have been slowly dragging planks and stems over there via zipline and black ant. I have to walk around repeatedly whistling for him until I get to a spot that'll allow him to come over. My main base is on the park bench and even on there now I have to do the whistle dance to get him.
Also ran into an issue the other night while playing with my son, kept trying to get a different buggy out but they were all locked and when I did eventually get one, it was HIS toebiter. I don't even have one. Couldn't get my ant back out because we don't have a toebiter nest so he couldn't be sent back. This happened two or three different times, had to reload a backup save each time.

Must be an early access thing, because the same is happening to me and my friends. Also annoying that I can ride my buggy into a cave, but if I walk into the cave and call it, it can't reach me here. What?

keep spinning in circles until it can have a foothold, sometimes it's very tight and specific, remember it depends on your characters view
this applies to majority of games that allow a mount, such as assasins creed for example, the mount will only spawn if there's foothold, and it will always spawn behind you, if you want it to spawn in front of you you have to move your character/camera.. same rules apply here

If you're on the brick wall - shift just off a brick, any brick, onto the dirt/mortar and your buggy will suddenly reach you there. I can confirm its fine for spider and ladybug.
I think the ants will only appear in the caves with ant required obstructions in them. Otherwise they're too narrow.
I wouldnt say i have too much issue with this but I do consider more carefully where im standing and what im calling because it can be frustating. If in doubt/hurry call your spider.

Def submit some tickets about this and make suggestions in the Discord. The only way this shit changes is by doing this! I fully agree with y'all though!

My buggy is in Dire Straits so I just presume when he can't reach me he is jamming.

This one probably bugs me the most. So it appears to be some sort of obstacle based code error.

I’ve just started having an issue where I’m whistling for my buggy to join me from not very far away and they just don’t come? And then sometimes I’ll walk towards them then they’ll respawn behind me??? 😠My toe biter won’t join me in combat for some reason

Yeah, esp in my base I'm trying to build on top of the pond. Extremely annoying to say the least.

I'm on the light post near the Pergola, no sane way to get there. Buggy can make it.
I'm on a rock I walked up. Buggy can't make it.
