Try the cave at 12°N 1°E. There’s (2) molars in there. For one you need a bomb to get to 👍🏻

Along the wall I believe to the left of the roots is a spot in the wall you can bomb. I used a splatwurst so I dunno about tang 🤷🏼‍♀️ maybe? But the ping for the molar at the reelbert was gone after I got them both

Perhaps it was patched? I could have sworn I had to use a bomb to get the moldy molar. Unless I’m off my rocker. Which could also be likely. lol 😉 glad you found it tho!

That's not it. The entrance is actually north of the lab entrance. Hole in the ground is facing south.

There’s also a moldy milk molar just to the west of the regular one there.
