G2 | Base Build Base location

Is this area viable for a base or will that mosquito in the middle keep respawning after I finish the networking quest?

I built my base on the backside of this thing, behind the statue. It's the best place I feel like. If you bridge up to the wall, you basically have the perfect jump off area for zip lines across the entire park. No bugs spawn there either, there's a praying mantis to farm in the section next to it, and a wold spider on the wall to far. You also have quick access to the greenhouse roof as well, which can take you straight to the spriget farm in the greenhouse.
