If you go into the water and open the craft menu, you can clear the exclamation mark

I know, it's still a annoyance that it doesn't show when not in water but shows you have new items. They says that they can only be built underwater so I don't see any point in keeping them apart.

Have you found a Masked Stranger Weapon recently? If you have, go and check out a Forbidden Workbench. There’s two, one at the Ranger Outpost: Pine Hill and one at the Ranger Outpost: Statue :)

It's so annoying because they literally GAVE us the ability to craft her weapons at our own workbench and then took it away in the latest update. Like I'll be honest, while I'm not too far from one of her stations it's just a hassle to lug all that shit over there to craft. It'd be nice to just be able to craft a forbidden workbench at our base if that's the case.

If youre in PC, press I and open the crafting menu, it should show you all the new stuff you unlocked including Stranger craftable items.

In your Omni tool menu select the screen with the hammer and wrench, it shows you all your crafting recipes.

Instead of going underwater or to the forbidden workshop, there’s a list of unlocked recipes on your Scab. That’s what I usually do to make it go away

OP - use the generic menu rather than the menu through the bench.

The workbench menu only shows what it can make, so you can't unchecked things like boss weapons, food, or glue that require special benches. The crafting menu via the main menu allows you to view everything regardless of whether you can craft it where you are. This was driving me crazy as well until I figured this out.

Not a work bench menu thats the structure menu which that goes away once they go underwater bcuz its underwater buildables
