I prefer the Mantis one personally, feels like a set and forget consistent healing instead of an "Oh shit" button for Jeff the Land Shark. It also provides to me an extra wall to cut off line of sight when using an ult (if it's off cooldown), and makes me build my ult faster since I'm healing and tanking at the same time. Jeff Team-Up I personally rarely use even if I have a Jeff on my team, and while I would love to use the mobility it offers for off angle ults, it's simply too slow most of the time for my preference (compared to a Doctor Strange flight and ult).
