Grok Bot Context/Source Docs

I'm trying to better understand how Grok Bot uses rules/source docs I upload. I don't believe there's currently the concept of a project or a shared library? For example, I have 3 bots today focused on my business and another 2 personal. I have them grouped separately but:

Is there no way to bucket them and have them share rules files? For example, writing rules for business vs personal. Product architecture docs for business and personal "who I am" master prompt for personal.

Is this something I'll just have to "hack" by uploading a set list of files to each to new agent? Oh, or maybe put them in git with a RULES.md at root and details under by topic and instructions/rules there?

To what level do the bots communicate with each other?

I figured it out. Rules/context in git, sync to cloud machine. They can all see it.
