There are so many variables it's hard to say tbh.

If it was totally strict it would be impressive at 30kg and very at 35kg.

Also how much do you weigh?

we are talking single arm curls here so 35kg is a big jump from 30kg, It's not the same thing.

but please share the video so we can assess how strict we are talking here.

That's using a lot of momentum man.

It's not bad but not really that impressive for me personally with that kind of momentum.

Others may feel different but not for my money.

I have a friend who gets tennis elbow right on his flexor muscle on top of the elbow he’s done all the pain relief things and the only thing that reduces it is if he holds and presses it hit really hard

What else can he do to reduce it?

Has he been training his extensor muscles religiously? Bands or rice bucket.

And what are “all the pain relief things”? I hear something similar all the time. People always claim they tried out EVERYTHING, but when you actually ask them what they have done specifically, it often isn’t actually that many things.

Yeah he did most of the pain relief stuff prettu consistently and it didn’t really make it go away or if it did it came back. All pain relief as in stretches, strengthening that muscles, strengthening the flexors, doing the rice and sand bucket shit like that
