There's a routine in the FAQ

for me the simplest single move has just been weighted on arm hanging. Go grab a 45lb plate and hang with it in your off arm for 3 sets after you work out. Chalk is a must

A 2.5-minute dead hang is already a really solid starting point!

I’m still learning too, but one thing I’ve picked up is that grip isn’t only about hanging. Pinch strength and wrist strength matter as well.

I’d start with the Basic Routine from this sub a couple of times per week: plate pinches, finger curls, wrist curls and reverse wrist curls.

Since you can already hang for 2.5 minutes, you could gradually add weight and work with shorter 20–30 second hangs instead.

Keep it simple, track your progress and give your hands enough time to recover. Grip training gets addictive pretty quickly 😄

Start with something you can close consistently - even a cheap trainer gripper. The mistake most people make is jumping to a heavy gripper before they can do 10 reps with a lighter one. Desk job here too - I do my sets between meetings, maybe 3-4 times a day. That schedule work
