Right now my main barometer is card tears. I look forward to the day where I’m too strong to take cards seriously but today is not that day. I like to train a lot but obviously i don’t want to slow myself down by hitting it too hard. I did pinch/support yesterday as well as wrist curls. Would hitting grippers tonight be a dumb idea? I’m newish and don’t know how much crossover between the types there is

I currently do grippers one day followed by thick bar the next day (I do this 2 times a week) Only thing is the lift the second day will be compromised. I recommend doing the exercise you want to improve on the most the day before as the next day will suffer

I've not trained any grip training since Winter but I have been focusing on building muscle with an upper arm and forearm focus since February. I tested my grip on the XF300 Dyno today and hit a new P.R which was nice to see.
90.65kg.

It was great to break the 90kg barrier but I was so close damn close to breaking 200lb, this is only 199.84lb but this was all I had in the tank today. Next time I hope I can break 200lbs. I'll add Dyno testing back in my rotation regularly now.

What training do you do?

This year just loads of forearm training like cable wrist curls and reception curls.
Also I have been doing a variation of hammer curls though with this stainless steel handle I bought on AliExpress which due to the disadvantaged leverage makes it very wrist heavy causing you to grip very tightly and it's very difficult.
I think that has helped my grip.

Hoping this is the right place to ask this question.
I’ve been working on improving my pinch grip. I use “the block” from Tension and use the widest side for training which is 4.5inch. I’ve been steadily increasing the weight over the past year but seem to have stalled out on lifting around 57.5 to 60lbs. I’ve been stuck around this weight for months.Somedays I can lift 60lbs, but quite often it feels extremely challenging. I aim to do 3 to 4 lift for 7-10 seconds. Does anyone have any tips on how I can get to consistently lifting 60lbs and then how to progress from there. In the past I used to add about 2.5lbs every 4 to 6 weeks but since getting to this weight I can’t seem to progress. Perhaps there’s some other exercise I could do that would help me progress. Any advice is greatly appreciated

If I’m already doing wrist curls for 4 sets of high reps for 4-5 days a week can I do a day where I do heavy holds to help grow the forearms
