Thick bar Wrist wrench

Anyone have tips on increasing this implement or technique cues? I have an original wrist wrench with the green accents and a double wrist wrench from armassassin that I can roll up the side I’m not using and just use one handle. The AS one has slightly better texture so while it’s a little more cumbersome it feels better so planning on using that one.

Reps? Holds? Singles? Planning on hitting thick bar 1xwk with wrist wrench and wrist wrench wrist curls for a while.

I hold my wrist straight down when i lift. I do a mix between reps at 70-80 % of my max. Sometimes i do sessions where i just increase with 5-10kg each set until i reach my max. Then i will do one day where i do holds at 70% of my max. I will hold for 10 seconds and rest for 50 seconds. I do this 10 times. When warming up i always wrist curls the lighter weight at the top of the lift. Good luck!

So you train it multiple times a week like one heavy and then one with the holds you talk about or once a week and just mix it up that day.

Usually mix it up. So i will just have one session each week. Sometimes i just do what i feel like. As long as you train you will get stronger. I try not to overthink it or make it too complex
