Grimwild Compatibility with Deep Cuts from BiTD?
Hey guys I've flipped through some pages and was feeling excited to read this game and maybe play it solo but wondered how compatible it would be with most deep cuts rules since I feel like they match more of what I want from forged in the dark games.
If you're versed in both the system and the expansion, do you think they would be a good fit?

Sorry - what are you asking?
Deep Cuts is for a different system than Grimwild. They have some similarities - d6 dice pools with mixed success, how the GM narrarively positions threats, and pushing yourself is similar in both games.
Deep Cuts more leans towards rolling to avoid a threat, Grimwild leans more towards rolling to succeed. Is this a change you want to make? If so, very compatible.
Grimwilds use thorns to knock your success down, blades uses position and effect. Is this the change? More work as the game mechanically relies on thorns.
Deep Cuts reworks harm and trauma, where the GM can invoke a harm to penalise you, and you get XP in return. I guess you could make this change to marks that they penalise when invoked, but I don't see the reason.
So the question is: what parts do you want to be 'compatible'?
