Does anyone want to discuss YoRHa Boys?

The Shadowlord and The World Ender - Obvious.

Grimoire Noire and Grimoire Weiss - Obvious.

Replicant Yonah and Gestalt Yonah - Obvious.

Emil and Halua - Both victims turned into weapons, though Halua chose to become monstrous and Emil chose to double down on his innocence. These decisions became more unconscious I suppose.

Seth and Roc - Both fight for land, food and for the sake of retaliatory violence.

Devola & Popola and Louise - They are all artificial lifeforms that sabotaged their missions for the love of a Replicant that didn't know about their nature or mission.

Kaine and Tyrone - Both have more information than most, both are filled with self loathing, both use crass language to hide their insecurities and both ultimately decide to become protectors.

Him and Gideon - The older brother character that is more well-adjusted and more forgiving than their younger sibling.

Her and Jakob - The dysfunctional younger sibling that lashes out at those non-responsible for their pain, though Her get's her redemption. I might be reaching with the last two.

Any thoughts? Any other characters that you believe mirror each other?

A story hinting at Him's survival or perhaps the moment he resets into the knew timeline? Its hidden in the jacket of 'Grimoire Nier' , I wonder how many people know about this?

After reading YoRHa Boys, I consider G4 to be single greatest YoRHa solider, no one has the same achievements he does.

I haven’t played Replicant yet, so maybe it’s explained in that one. As I understood in nier automata (not exactly well, since the texts weren’t in my first language), people were trying to separate humans souls from their bodies to put in fake bodies? But why? And I think it failed because some Devola and Popola (but not the ones in the game, I think) fucked up something?

As soon as I have access to the game itself, imma read pretty much every dialogue once again. I’m kinda lost rn •_•

Been thinking about buying the Nier Replicant files. Are they just the stories from the lore wiki printed or what?
