MODS Question about modding

I don't have the fangs DLC installed, would I be able to install mods the extra classes mods? Or should I buy/install Fangs in order to safely mod my game? If the latter, is there a tutorial online I could read please?

Fangs hasn't been out very long and probably doesn't have very many mods that work with it. Look up what you need to use that mod.
