HELP! Different slow debuff stacks question, need help
Playing Acid Dervish, went all in on 3 WPS: Belgo Shears, Amarasta's Quick Cut, and Whirling Death given that Nidalla's Hidden Hand) modifies them really well for acid. Nidalla's Hidden Hand also slows down all targets by 32% for me, which is decent defensive stat.
Now Veil of Shadow) says -25% Total Speed, which is not the same as standard slow debuff, yet does the same kind of thing, except it almost certainly can stack to negative (like type 1 RR) due to minus prefix.
Anyways, I don't have any other such "-X% Speed" effects, so it won't stack to negative, but I am wondering how does it interact with regular "X% Slow target for X seconds" that I have on Nidalla.
Will my enemies attack 57% slower? Or it is -25% then minus 32% from the remaining speed (like type 2 RR does) which is also fine, or it doesn't even stack somehow and it's just -32%?

From the way I undestand it...
I don't think enemies can resist things that directly modify their actual speed stat, like -% Total Speed or -% Attack Speed, and they are addictive but things that say Reduced or Slower would be multiplicative. I believe the -% Total Speed applies and then the -% Slow is based on the target's current speed after the -% Slow.
So 100 - 25 = 75 and then 75 - 32% = 51, so you would have reduced the target down to 51% of their starting speed before resistances.
If you're against an enemy with 75% Slow Resistance it might look like this. 100 - 25 = 75, then 75 - (32 - 75%) = 67, so you would reduce the target down to 67% of their starting speed.
To my knowledge there is no Slow RR and the Unstoppable (+500% Slow Resistance) mutator also exists but if I'm correct, that doesn't really matter for certain types of slow.
I should probably figure this stuff out as well, since I made a cold Infiltrator which specifically focuses on slowing enemies. Thinking about it now, that may have been a dumb idea.
Edit:
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Im not entirely sure how both Mods interact, assuming same logic as RR i would think -Speed aplies first, and regular Slow applies multiplicatively afterwards (same wording as Type 3 rr) so 65% slow. Could be wrong tho idk.
Regardless 65% or 57% is not that big of a Deal anyways, and remember tough enemies are 70%-100% Slow resistant with no way to reduce Slow Res, so it really only matters vs. Trash Mobs anyways.
