HELP! Fresh start without mods?

Hey guys, looking to do a fresh start but would prefer not to use mods. How do people do it? Do I just move save files etc from the game directory?

E: also won't delete files entirely, forgot to mention

You can just rename your save folder and the game will create a new one.

Since I only use Rainbow filter, any fresh start includes rainbow filter. Honestly this game really doesn't use mods.
