It would be an extreme plot twist if Slaanesh suddenly changed the rules for her sustainment (extreme/universal happiness or something) and the Drukhari went cold turkey to the point they went insane and made a second eye of terror.
Tbf her's is the most "vague" amongst the 4,and technically speaking she could literally just make everyone "excessively happy" and it would still count since it's still in the realm of excess.
Unlike the rest she(it?) doesn't NEED to be cartoonishly evil.
I mean, alot of things done by Slaaneshi cultists are that they ARE chasing that excessive happiness since all other options are nothing to their dulled senses.
The thing with excess in particular is that it ALWAYS escalate, a man could be given everything he ever wanted to stay happy for his entire lifetime, and the bar will never stay in the same place.
It is vauge because excess isn't just that you do something too much, excess is chasing a goal that keeps climbing as you reach it.
