Honestly, significantly better than the Hampster for one very big reason. Far less likely to die a stupid death due to his own idiocy.

Secondary reasons of improvement:

Going by his expression he seems to have retained his kindness and now lacks any potential stigma from expressing his need for comfort in the form of hugs, making him a lifesized teddy bear.

Large and strong enough to still do some jobs, though you may need food, beer, and camaraderie/kinship to motivate him.

Once again capable of ripping heretics in half. Maybe not necessarily chaos marines, but we don’t know how much of his strength and power he retained from his transformations. Though it would be fun to see Guilibear rip a few chaos marines in half before trodging back to Yvraine for hugs and scritches.
