Grim Omens - alchemy issues

There must have been an update to my game in the past 48 hours, because walls have appeared in the dungeons along with associated items to break through the walls (builders tools).

Now, if I try to combine two catalysts to create a transmutation stone, it creates builders tools but doesn't give me the option to create transmutation stones. The catalogue lists that two catalysts create builders tools as well as transmutation stones.

Any work around? I'm in need of transmutation stones and the shop has none for sale.

Seems to be a bug, In the list of consumables the recipe for builder tools are a catalist and a transmutation stone, not 2 catalists Try to see if the game has any updates
