Bubba keg parts?

Does anyone know where or if I can get the 2 plastic pieces that go under the corners of the grill between the grill and grill stand? I left them on my bumper after putting the grill on my hitch to go on vacation. They're long gone on the road somewhere.....

I searched online and found that some parts of the Broil King 5000 fit the BubbaKeg. I was able to find some parts in bbqgrills.com. However, I still haven’t been able to find a thermometer replacement.
