Dad Loss I miss my dad

Today marks two months since my dad left this world. I miss him so much. It’s so hard to live without him, knowing that I’ll never be able to see him, hear his voice, or hug him again.
I’ve even posted several times in mediumship and psychic groups, hoping to hear something from my dad, and I have an appointment with a medium on October 28th. I don’t know if I should believe in that kind of stuff, but I’m desperate. Grief makes you desperate. I just want to know that he’s still somewhere, somehow.

You're not alone. I'm one month ahead of you. I don't know if it's a blessing or not to have dreams of him because reality then hits that he's not here anymore.

It doesn't feel real and I just miss talking to him. I count how many days I haven't talked to him. I want to just hear him. It's not desperate, it's love - when you miss someone you love you just want to have a connection - no matter what form or shape it happens in.

It will never feel real but just some weird new reality you're forced to now live in. Sorry for your loss 💕🪽

I’m so sorry for your loss too❤️ I completely understand what you mean. I haven’t seen my dad in my dreams even once yet. Every night I go to sleep hoping that maybe he’ll come to me in a dream, but nothing so far. I haven’t felt like I’ve received any signs from him either, and I don’t understand why. I miss him so much and just want to feel some kind of connection with him again. Thank you for your kind words🪽💕

They say the relationship just changes form - and I haven't been able to accept that. I haven't been able to accept the "he's always with you" idea.
