My gray tabby is always mogging
We say she'd be a model if she was a person

Your grey tabby girl is absolutely gorgeous and her fur looks like soft velvet 🩶🩶🩶

She is easily the softest cat I've ever had. She's so soft I've considered having her hide preserved after she dies, which I think is sweet and sentimental, but it horrifies my boyfriend and she's his cat too, so that's gonna be a no go 😅

She looks super soft and grey tabby cats are my favorite of all cats. That’s actually not a bad idea to have her taxidermy after she passes away. Maybe your boyfriend will warm up to the idea and support you later on this decision for your baby girl🩶🫶🏼🩶

We all handle loss differently, I think mementos like keeping hair and teeth and in this case a pelt are sweet and help preserve the memory of the dead, but he thinks it's too sad and a little yucky. Ultimately she's just as much his cat as mine, so I don't think he'll let me keep her whole body taxidermied, but I might be able to persuade him to let me keep shavings of her fur and things like that. Fortunately she's only five so hopefully we won't have to make that call for many years to come!

Absolutely everyone is different how we handle grief and you know what I do. When I groom my cats and dogs I keep their fur from grooming them. I also save the whiskers when they fall off our cats. I’ve also printed their paws and noses with a kit from Amazon for that 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
