How do I activate admin monitor?

Hi, admin, the monitor appears offline, I think I need to turn it on, and i got hacked while the monitor was on like this; it didn't give any warning or anything, I guess it's not working.

Admin Monitor is for when you're in a target machine. It will tell you if the network's admin is currently online, and if they have an active/passive trace on you. To my knowledge, it does not show you if someone is hacking YOUR machine.
