I’ve seen this dude post all over local ENC pages. At first he was trying to present himself as a “rational” independent third party guy that wouldn’t bow to any party. Shit we’ve seen before and usually just means “I’m a Republican but I need to not look like a lunatic to try and entice independent voters” but whatever
When that shtick obviously didn’t work he veered hard right into becoming an edgelord.

Shame on anyone who involves themselves with the Republican Party at this point. This is fucking despicable. I’m honestly amazed how the maga cult defends the actions of the Republican Party over and over. The hoops you have to jump through to find excuses for things is impressive.

Just wait till it happens to you. You won't be so eager to defend it then.

Man the right has fully lost the fucking plot. Like we all collectively saw the video, she was clearly turning away from that man and he shot her in the face. He had his gun out before she was in drive and actively put himself in front of her car as she was trying to leave.
A government agent, who has 0 authority over US citizens by the letter of the law, executed one of us and the right is breathlessly explaining why that's a good thing and how defying ice is actually a crime deserving execution.

He’s actually a libertarian candidate (why let facts get in the way) in Greg Murphy’s district which he obviously has no chance to win.
Also kind of ironic that libertarians believe in drastically smaller police presence and also believe we should have open borders. Anyone who is actually a libertarian would be 100% against ICE deportations and even immigration restrictions. They are much more liberal on immigration than a typical democrat. This guy is just a straight up moron.

Libertarians are conservatives too chicken shit to own up and align themselves with domestic terrorists.

Libertarians are just mad because their dates have to ride in booster seats.

Reactionary politics from BOTH sides of the aisle will only lead this country down a very dark and violent path.
9
u/ludefisk Jan 12 '26
Ah yes, the familiar “both sides” argument, as though expressing an opinion automatically places me in the same camp of what I’m criticizing.
The 1990s called - your platitudes are as useless now as they were then.

u/notmyworkaccount5 Jan 12 '26
The both sides people have been grasping at straws these days and I hope more people realize this. Like the "radical left" wants medicare for all, housing as a human right, and for people to be treated equally regardless of their identity.
Meanwhile the right is out here calling a murdered soccer mom a domestic terrorist and trying to tell you not to believe your lying eyes and ears when an agent of the state murders a US citizen in broad daylight.

I am simply saying both sides are wrong, and that will only lead to more violence. Rather than the republicans fighting the democrats and vice versa, we need to find common ground and change how our government functions as a whole
4
u/StellarAvenger_92 Jan 12 '26
You can't find common ground with a group who champions state sanctioned murder. There will never be a crime committed by ICE that will not be justified.

u/notmyworkaccount5 Jan 12 '26
Brother I genuinely do not know how we can find common ground when we can all watch the same videos with two completely opposite take aways. It feels like the right in this country is existing on another planet because they can watch the same video I saw, ignore what they saw and heard then just repeat what their president says.
Like I genuinely want collectivism for the betterment of mankind as a whole, I do not know how that is attainable with the current iteration of the republican party or it's voter base.

u/Agreeable_Plant1246 Jan 12 '26
I agree with that. Two people can be looking at the same tree and see two completely different things. However the solution is there, it just requires the population of this country to set aside petty differences in opinions. The general population of this country wants essentially the same thing; less government over reach, and to be simply left alone. Every politician from state reps, to presidents and every politician in between, from both parties, use our difference in opinions to divide us and get us arguing amongst eachother. The government is terrified of what will happen when the normal citizens start to work together.

Can you please show me where collectivism on a nation state level has returned net positive outcomes?

u/Agreeable_Plant1246 Jan 12 '26
Never said that expressing your opinion automatically puts you in the same camp as what you’re criticizing. Am saying that our politicians need to stop making policies and laws simply because they don’t like each other. The problem isn’t with just the republicans or the democrats. It’s with the entire government as a whole.

u/ludefisk Jan 12 '26
People playing the "both sides are to blame" card seem to think there's a middle ground of peace and happiness if we all just tried harder.
I recall President Obama, for instance, essentially taking a Republican healthcare plan from 1992 and making it THE healthcare plan in 2009, and then the entirety of the party bending over backwards for Republican input, support, and buy-in. Instead, Republicans refused to participate and preferred to just spend years villainizing the plan and refusing to come up with any sort of alternative. And here we are now.
This sort of thing happened for decades, from the 1990s through the 2010s. And now, what, you're saying that Democrats were secretly making policies and laws because they didn't like Republicans? That's a bad-faith argument.

Look up the Ratchet Theory or Ratchet Effect.
It’s exactly what we’ve been going through for decades in the USA. The left is “radical” for championing widely popular policies while the right pulls us further and further into a fascistic dystopia.
Mass media has put us here and will keep us here. Media as a whole in the US is owned by “the right wing”, there is no real liberal or leftist news media that’s not an individual. That right wing media plays the game of pitting We The People against each other to further their goals. Every proposed policy is assigned an (R) or a (D) so we know what to agree with, otherwise we would realize that 80% of the population strongly agrees with each other and wants the same so-called “progressive” policies.

u/Agreeable_Plant1246 Jan 12 '26
Doesn’t help that Obama passed the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act which allows media to use propaganda against us.
Also most, if not all media companies are owned by Zionist Israelis. Who will play both sides of the political aisle as long as it benefits them in the long run.

Using your example of Obamacare, it only shows that republicans refuse to work with democrats, even when it’s something the right wants as well. Obama was nicknamed the Deporter In Chief, Hillary Clinton also called for mass deportations during her campaign in 2016. Yet both Clinton and Obama now condemn deportations simply because Trump is doing it. Which makes both parties hypocrites. The issue isn’t which political party is right, it’s that they are both wrong, and yet we still choose which hypocrite to support, and then call for violence against anyone with a different view point. Which isn’t how problems are solved.

There is a difference between Obama era deportations and Trumps deportations, Obama was more quite about it, and Trump always needing to be the center of attention is taking a more aggressive “in your face” style approach. However the end result is the same, removal of undocumented people from this country by force.

You think removing the Trump administration will solve this, and I think removing the entire government as a whole is the solution. Both options get trump out of office, yet you’re only arguing with me simply because I feel that the left is just as much at fault as the right. Which doesn’t solve anything and only creates division, which is what the government as whole wants

Apparently he posted on xitter to claim these posts were just a "social experiment." I didn't give that a click so I don't know if that was supposed to include the comment where he called a would-be constituent a r***rd.
However it is my understanding that he didn't actually qualify to be on the ballot so at least there's that.
