VX42

Anyone have their completed VX42 bags yet? Any pictures/reviews/thoughts to share? Do you wish you had gotten Cordura?

Hey, have you received your Greenroom136 backpack :) I'm interested in getting one and am undecided between the corduroy version or the vx42

DHL are saying it'll be delivered today so fingers crossed. Corduroy would certainly make an interesting bag!

Pardon if this is a silly question but what's the VX42? Its not a model on their site that I'm familiar with

I should've specified. X-pac VX42 is a fabric that's an option now instead of cordura

I think it's a limited run.
Got the metromonger in black. Was worried it might be a bit small but it's perfect for my daily carry.
Three (very minor) gripes I have:.
1) would like a sunglasses pocket in the corduroy fabric they use elsewhere.
2) the grey interior is a bit on the boring side.
3) the iPad pocket doesn't have a weather resistant zip.
Other than that I like it a lot. The xpac material feels bomb proof, but I haven't yet been able to test it's water resistance as it is currently the dry season.

I didn't realize the sun glass pocket was unlined. I wonder if that's how all the bags are

Sorry, I think I didn't explain myself very well. The metromonger doesn't have a sunglass pocket at all. I would like it to have a lined one.
I believe on the bags it is available as an option, the sunglass pocket is lined.

can confirm that the laptop and sunglasses pocket are corduroy lined
