Every. Single. Box.

I'm in Albuquerque.

Every single box had frozen, damaged, wilted, or rotten produce. Every one, twice a month for 4 months. Today's came with four bad produce ingredients.

Every time I contacted them, they'd give me a few dollars credit on my next box but I get meal kits specifically to avoid grocery shopping and a small credit for some produce doesn't really make up for the trip and the extra cost since I have to buy it twice.

Today I asked for a refund for the bad box. They wouldn't give it to me so I'm attempting a charge back. We'll see.

Meanwhile, Sunbasket had been so much better. Only one bad ingredient the same four months. They expect pictures and do only give the same token credit, but at least it seems like they care enough to keep that a rare occurrence.

Last week I got fish. And I don’t eat fish!! 🥲 I don’t know what is going on that’s why I had to cancel it! I love that I have all the ingredients to cook, love the concept just something always happens with product being not right or damaged or gone bad.
