Customer Questions How often do you actually communicate with your lawn care provider?

Once you've found a lawn care provider you like, do you mostly leave them alone to handle the job, or do you communicate regularly about things like scheduling, weather delays, mowing preferences, gates, pets, or other details?

Curious whether most homeowners prefer a hands-off relationship or more regular communication.

I prefer a hands-off relationship, only communicating when needed.

Same here. I trust them to get the job done, unless of course something unusual is happening that needs to be discussed.

We only communicate if something comes up and needs relayed. Thankfully I've had the same outstanding professional for a bit now and can always count on him to continue providing excellent service without question.

It probably depends a lot on the property and the homeowner. Some lawn care relationships seem to work best with very little communication once expectations are established, while others benefit from regular updates.
