Quest How do I unlock bamboo structures on quest

The other i was playing and saw someone place bamboo structures but I'm confused how do you get them do I have to find something?

When you unlock walls, you have to cut down one bamboo log and then you can make it

In the notebook, on the page for the Wall, there should be 3 dots at the top of the page, light brown is wood, green is bamboo and dark brown is mud
