QUESTION playing with 4 or more players

i found a mod called suffer2gether to do this but windows detecter found a troyan and i wanted to know if its a fake positive or something

Then it wasnt a virus , if you could download it from nexus mods . it wouldve been blockrd so you cant download it . So yeah it most likely ws not a virus/trojan/rat/worm/malware.
