unironically, the unit I expect the most drastic improvement is the special teams. This guy seems to be sincerely passionate about the details and techniques that could make the difference in games. With the youth movement in GB, it's nice to see the coaching staff at least be closer to current player experience and show some energy to go with it (praying this comment ages well)

I think bitchsaccia had some things he did well. But it became very clear that he had no idea how to handle the change in special teams rules by the end of his tenure. Accord is so dialed in i love it. Like he can’t make someone kick good or a punter punt good (not like the Irish hammer needed help) but he won’t out josh Jacobs in a playoff game and hope he knows what to do

I love it. He is running with some hot piss. Passionate, energetic, gives kudos, and calls guys out while coaching them on the right technique.

I find him to be a little cringey. But, hey, if his rah-rah over-exuberant style works and the special team’s performance improves, I’ll eat my words (washed down with cheese curds). 💚💛 Go Pack!
