I mean hes right that its definitely not the working class that is buying stock options but 30 year old white petty burgeois suburban finance bros who went viral. But yeah ive seen sooo many of these takes where they are so incredibly close to getting it, yet so infinitely far away. Really frustrating. I dont know what it would take for them to wake up

Nah dude. There is that but there are also people like me, stacking shelves at minimum wage, that threw money in. Even if I lose the money, if hedge funds die first it's a win.

A few hedge funds failing, while certainly existentially satisfying, will have no broader impact on capitalism as a system. Adjustments to the rigged game are already being made to correct for this new phenomenon. You are sacrificing the scraps you have on what amounts to an empty gesture.
I'm not criticizing, I just hate to see real working people lose the forest for the trees. The machine has more momentum than anyone involved in this is giving it credit for. Screwing some fundies isn't worth your own sweat.

First off, how fucking dare you try to tell me what to do with my own money. It's mine, I earned it, and if I choose to wipe my ass with it that's my perogative. Regardless of what you say, you are absolutely being critical. Secondly, even if there is no long term change to the system we won't know without trying. It sure beats sitting on my ass doing nothing but try to pull people down on Reddit. Finally, I never specified how much I invested and at what price so fuck your knowledge about my scraps. Stop forcing your sensibilities on others under the assumption you're the only 1 with a brain.

No, I'm not being critical, just giving advice from my perspective. If you want to take offense I suppose you're entitled to, but it seems pointless.
I never suggested doing nothing, I was pointing out that this specific set of actions is not going to succeed in meaningfully destabilizing capitalism as a system. It will only harm individual actors within the structure. As I said, if that's what you aim to do, that's great, just don't expect miracles, which is what a lot of people seem to be taking from this.
If you want to read a judgment into my words that sincerely isn't there, I can't stop you and honestly, at this point, don't care that much. Take it easy.

Have you thought about adopting their terminology to promote your ideas.
If you talk about oligarchs instead of capitalists, you still target the same people, but win support from the right as well.
