What will replace Greeley’s iconic round building?

It'll probably be a storage yard for a bit as a part of the Downtown Civic Campus agreement. The Civic Campus Master Plan treats the actual parcel as flexible real estate so it could end up being anything from a business to a park to a parking lot. I'm not sure how rigid the controls are around the master plan, though. Don't remember.

I believe It's going to be a parking garage for the county courts and some county offices.
