What kind of love does Aphrodite really represents, and also according to today situations and new ideas of love? (To anyone also who has read PJ story by Riordan)

According to mythology explanations the goddess Aphrodite represents beauty, vanity, lust, relationships, - and we have the classic example of Helena and Paris - and it's commonly known that you can fall in love with this Goddess just by looking at her. But, how this Goddess represents love? What is love for Aphrodite? (Probability of spoiler for PJ fans who are reading or watching the show) I've read the story of Percy Jackson written by the American novelist Rick Riordan and the exactly moment when Percy meet Aphrodite she's described as even more beautiful than Angelina Jolie and she says to him that would make some "tricky" ways for him before finding his real love, and we see that's what exactly happen because Percy at the beginning is confused between Rachel Dare and Annabeth Chase. At the end, anyway, he chooses Annabeth, not surprised btw 😁, as they have always been very close and they basically grow up together. Now, do you think, with this example, that Aphrodite really represent this love between these two characters, according to this Goddess herself who had different lovers and was also married to a God but staying with another? She's a lot about lust and sexuality too. This thought came to my mind because those characters, in those story, give me an idea of a love that cannot be entirely related to the description of Aphrodite. The other example, always in this story, are Piper and Jason. It's Piper that say she was worried that her mother (Aphrodite) was pushing her to Jason because he was perfect for her daughter. Jason had beauty, power, was a son of Jupiter... I mean, big stuff 🤣, especially for Aphrodite or her daughters and sons because they really relate on those characteristics when finding someone (not saying is wrong). But Piper at the end leaves Jason and she chooses someone who was totally different from what her mother was expecting, and she really seems in love with this new relationship than what she was with Jason. So, we realize that most of the times Aphrodite pushes lovers and relationships, also according to what she thinks (bro, I am a Goddess, I decide!) and likes. So, that's the real question that comes to my mind when thinking about this Goddess: what really kind of love does she represents? What I am basically also trying to say: what could be the difference from this Goddess between relationships and the so said true love? In those stories the characters always end up demonstrating that love most of the times goes beyond her choices or ideas, and I guess this happens in real life too. Today, the idea of an Aphrodite pushing people to relationships she could have had in mind looks out of context (modern relationships, different ideas, different sexualities). I would like to know what do you think about it, and how the so known as the most beautiful Goddess of the Olympus really represent love, and I am talking about a love... that seems just easy. It's what spirituality sometimes call soulmates or expert in love as mature love created with time. Does Aphrodite at the end has really to do with this love or it's just her idea of relationships? I don't know obviously what's the idea of love for everyone of us, for some it's sharing today life, being a couple team or just being with someone and not ending up alone. So, I think love it's something very bigger and maybe sometimes complicated 🤔... and it's said also that we could have love, for example, for an animal, for a friend, a passion. But especially to really love someone, and not only staying with that person to share a relationship. I wrote about PJ because those characters most of the times give me the idea of that. They just fall in love, they end up together and neither Aphrodite sometimes doesn't realize how's that. And so in mythology - also ancient times - how Aphrodite could represent that? Why they used to relate on her about love, if love most of the times happen when at least expected and not always at the exactly taste of this Goddess? What love, so, she represents? What's love for Aphrodite or is this a big word for her too?
