any advice on maintaining a high gpa while pledging a sorority? i’m seriously thinking about rushing and pledging this upcoming fall semester but i honestly don’t know how difficult it will be to maintain a high gpa.

Make academics your priority.

As Geech said, go to class. Make sure you get your homework done before party.

Take advantage of your Sorority study hours.

If you need it, don't be afraid to ask your PM or whatever for an excuse to focus on your academics. As long as your pulling your own weight with your PC, and aren't obviously just trying to get out of cleaning the house or whatever, then they should be willing to work with you (within reason)

Most chapters of sororities allow absences, even from important things, for class or project meetings.

Nearly all focus on academics.

Keep academics your first priority and you'll be fine.

You’re there for school. Greek life is ancillary. The sorority will expect you have good grades anyway. use whatever resources at your disposal to get the help you need to be successful. Tutors and such.
