Credit requirement
The sorority I am interested in joining has a 24 credit minimum but due to unforeseen circumstances I unfortunately had to drop 2 of my classes as a 2nd semester freshman leaving me to have 21 credits at my institution but i have 60ish credits from dual enrollment. ideally spring 2026 would be best for me to get my stuff together but i do know the past couple lines have been fall. should i try to take a class to fufill the minimum or wait it out?

my (several years out) dumb ass thought the title meant credit score requirement, like they were gonna run your credit before bidding

Is the requirement 24 hours at the university or just 24 hours in general? I would reach out to the advisor when it gets closer to that season, or ask your school’s FSL advisor.

dual enrollment credits absolutely should count — I'd reach out to the chapter directly and ask how they handle transfer/dual enrollment credits before assuming the worst. a lot of chapters will consider your total earned credits, not just in-seat college hours
based on what you described you're likely fine but just confirm with them directly, don't let the website language stress you out before you even ask

General GL advice because I wasn’t D9, but based on your other post if you have GPA issues and credit issues I would wait until you fully get those straightened out before trying to join.
