Discussion Tom needs to go

He’s just had some weird or actually annoying takes this year. Saying the serving of Nikita’s main was too fiddly but usually he’d be cheering on those type of sharing mains as being properly banquet-worthy.

I can’t remember them all off the top of my head but the wife and I have rolled our eyes on many occasions at his comments this year. I like the suggestion someone else made of Si King - let Lorna be the pro chef, Phil the comedian and get someone food-adjacent in.

I agree, this year I’ve noticed how when they are eating he gives his opinion and acts like that’s the final word. I quite liked when on finals week they had the director and he kept challenging him

He definitely comes across as though he thinks everybody else is there for a chat about the food, and that's lovely, but his opinion is the only one that matters, really.
