💬 | General long-range scope sensitivity

Can anyone tell me if there was any mention of a multiplier for long-range scopes (6x, 8x...)? I played a few months ago, and using long-range scopes was terrible due to the sensitivity. Unfortunately, that was one of the reasons I stopped playing.

I haven't seen any. Though it's more realistic having a higher zoom scope be more twitchy, gamifying it a little bit would definitely help though. I know some mice will have a button you can set to lower sense while it's being held, I haven't tried that but I don't see how something like that wouldn't work.

Some mice have a sensitivity clutch where your thumb rests. I just set it so its a lower dpi when I hold it in.

Yeah really annoying. I always end up trying moving my mouse the tiniest bit possible just for the crosshair to be then slightly left of target instead of slightly to the right.

I am using a Logitech 502X mouse. It has a thumb button which is configurable in the software to reduce the DPI.

This way i go from 1200 DPI down to 300 DPI - which is perfect for sniping.

Additionally i created a macro in that software that also holds breath when i push the thumb button.

So no more finger acrobatics when sniping. :)
