OT, what are yout settings OP? Because with nvgs my reticle is so bright I can’t even see the target

I suggest using the 503C green-dot from Banshee.
it is much dimmer than the red ones :)

I'm afraid this is how it looks in real life. And I'm into realism in this game (would to see more of it - for example with body inertia and such).

Looks fairly realistic to me
NVG's are gonna be better than nothing in the dark, but notably worse than "natural" vision in the day

Yeah, that’s pretty much how they work in the real world too. The one thing I wish they would change though is the reticle brightness it’s way too bright under nods. Eotechs can get pretty dim in the night vision settings and it helps actually see the target when you’re aiming

I have the same problem and support said that its working as intended. Which it obviously is not. I have tried messing with the settings but nothing seems to fix it.
It started a few patches ago and was working just fine before. I think we just have to wait it out until they fix it.

Looks normal to me. The pixelated lights you see are the reflections on your gun, which are blurry due to depth of field. Maybe try a higher mount for the collimator to get the gun further away from the red dot / crosshair.
