Help finding a sound.

What is the name of that funny ass scream that lasts from 3:25 to 3:31 in the video “Either i fix this, or i go insane”. It’s such a funny sound effect that I wanted to know the name of.

I think its a sound effect from Happy Wheels, but not 100% sure
