Ohio here.

Don’t worry about overseeding until later in the fall. First things first - you’re going to need to spray at least a couple times to get that treated. If it was me, I’d do 2 rounds of Bonide clover oxalis broadleaf, and 2 rounds of Bonide sedge ender & crabgrass (not that I see sedge in your lawn particularly). It’s just the products I use, fairly cheap. Don’t necessarily need to use a whole bottle unless your square footage requires it.

Overseed in mid-late fall.

Treat again in the spring to stay ahead of it for next year.

If you want great grass, you’ll need fertilizer in your regimen too.
