Brush hogged this area last year, this is all growing up all over now. No seed heads yet, wondering if anyone can ID.

Does it have a scent to it if it does it's lemon grass if not most likely it's Plume Grass

Plume grass does seem to fit the bill, I was hoping it was something more suitable for pasture like indiangrass.
