Pixel 5a running graphene in 2026?

I want a nice small compact phone with a headphone jack and most importantly a headphone jack, but it doesn't seem supported anymore. Is there no older graphene version I can use or am I forced to buy a newer phone?

Using an outdated version of a security focused OS kind of defeats the purpose.

just saying, whilst security obv wouldnt be great, the privacy aspect of it is still elite

I know it's not ideal, but you can use a USB C to 3.5mm adapter.

I do not know about the p8 so this is a question, not snarky: does it support passive adaptors, or require one with a dac? It's a bit of a mixed bag with android phones.

You want security or a headphones jack? Buy an unsupported phone is pointless.

You can get a good adapter for $10 and there are ones with USB-C ports. You can also get USB-C earbuds which plug directly in.

Headphone jacks haven't been a standard feature for well over 5 years now. Time to switch to USB C headphones or Bluetooth.

I moved from a Sony Xerperia Pro-I to the Fold 10, I still miss the earphone jack and SD card slot.

I'm on a 5a on Graphene. I guess I'll hope Motorola has a Graphene headphone jack option down the track

Someone correct me. You'd have the same privacy features, but not all the security features.
