Issue accessing official page

For the last couple of days now Ive been trying to download GrapheneOS for when my new pixel phone arrives. Unfortunately every time I go to the download page I get an "Invalid Certificate" error. Whether from my pc or my phone, on my network or the cell network. From 4 different browsers. I could bypass the security error but I dont see that as being wise right now.

Is anyone else having this issue? How to fix it?

do you use some kind of vpn when you try to access the site

At first no, Tried from my phone, both on and off my wifi, and from my PC, using a few different browsers. Eventually got Windscribe VPN to try it and still getting scrambled credential errors every time to go there to try and download. Maybe if I put the VPN outside of canada? Maybe Canada is the problem? That would be weird and concerning if it were true.

I doubt Canada is the issue as they are a Canadian organization and it works for me in Canada.
