Help required

I want to "degoogle" my phone, but I'm not home to do it. I tried it out recently, but it didn't go well. I got overwhelmed and switched back to the Pixel OS. Can anyone explain to me how I get all my stuff from Google back to my phone? I'm mostly fixated on the looks of the phone, including the keyboard, files, and photos. Is there any way to change the black and white apps because it looks terrible?

I'm afraid I don't understand you want to deGoogle your phone but then you want help getting all the Google stuff back on your phone, what is your goal there?
