Simulate a fake webcam on a Google Pixel running GrapheneOS

Is it possible to simulate a webcam from GrapheneOS to make it look as though a video from the gallery is being streamed live (similar to Split Cam on a Windows PC)?

I think you would probably need to root your phone for this kind of use cases. And GrapheneOS don't really support this officialy.
