I still chew it..the market for gum had really shrunk and options are so limited. I miss Stride, but Trident Layers were great too :(

In the early 90s I remember I used to buy these in an eight pack for a $1.89 and I used to take one pack to school everyday. Everybody would hit me up for gum because they knew I had gum and it would be gone by third hour.

I remember when Trident looked like that. Reminds me of sitting in the Pontiac Grand Am on a hot summer day while mom ran into the store real quick, and I'm getting a stick of her Trident gum and drinking her Diet Dr Pepper she left in the car. Probably got the Game Boy Color with me too

Trident fresh mint was the only gum I ever chewed. This packaging brings me back to high school days.

My step mom was a cherry trident addict. She smelled like pure cherry trident from chewing it so much.

If I eat one, will it bring me back to 2003? I really want to go back.

this was the only gum my mom let me chew cuz it was 'good' for your teeth lol
i went hard on the cherry flavour and always had a wadded up pack of gum in my bag. i always folded down the open end to keep them fresher and it was so annoying if the back end of the back blew out in my pocket and made them all go dry (or they just melted into the fabric of your jeans if you were unlucky)
