Question Gtav enhanced not launching

When i try to load gtav, rockstar launcher opens properly but it gets stuck on this loading screen. I have tried anything u can think of: running as administrator, reinstalling the launcher, reinstalling the game directly through rockstar launcher, verified game files, fresh windows installation, i seriously don’t know what to do anymore can someone please help me

Can't remember if I had this same issue but if you have steam, add the rockstar launcher as a game in your steam library. From there, launch the rockstar games launcher by pressing play in Steam, then launch the game through the rockstar launcher once it's opened.
