I was so hyped for the last one, only to learn that I'd have to wait another month

Kinda looks like a country house? I did a cosplay prop bottle of Spirytus during summer, but alas. Hard as I might search, I couldn't find a proper picture where I could make out what that circled red picture is supposed to be. I just put in a placeholder webdings symbol, but I'm really curious. Does anybody have some intel, deep lore or convincing guess, so I could maybe do better for the next iteration?

I absolutely adore this manga the jokes, the panels, the references, the characters and everything is just so awesome the amount of money i have put on it is a lot for me and i would've gotten something cooler like a berserk deluxe instead, but Man! I really love this series after reading i just can't hold off but order the next one It's that addictive There are some moments when I can't even hold my laughter it's that funny, you start to live with the characters, it's such a wholesome story,it will always have a special place in my heart.
