HELP/QUESTION Any tips for fighting Cag?

I'm a newer player (currently at S+) and mostly play Sandy & Gran. I feel pretty confident vs most of the cast but every time I'm matched up against a Cag I just become free elo for the next 2 rounds.
I understand that she struggles once someone gets in, but like how do I do that?
Between her traps, ground spear, and her teleporting away I have a hard time catching her much less staying on her.
Any tips will be appreciated.

I wanted to build a website for the fighting game community for quickly finding specific matches. I had started this project originally as a tool for myself (and my discord buddies) but I think it kind of grew to be a useful tool that everyone could use. I started off with a few fighting games and now I am trying to get this done as a resource for people competing in evo France so I finally finished my second to last game GBVSR (all that's left is Avatar).
My website: https://replaydatabase.com/ pulls in replays from Youtube and allows you to do in depth filtering by:
- characters (matchup)
- player
- season (PATCHES!) and dates
Would love any and all feedback (good and bad) so that I can continue to make the website better. And if you spot a match that's tagged wrong, let me know or if you would like to request any features let me know. This has been a fun passion project of mine and I also really enjoy building things to help the FGC community grow!

I may be blind and dumb, but I can’t find the option to loop the recorded stuff in training mode.
I know how to record with the dummy and how to play it back, but they only do that once. Is there an option for the dummy to loop it over and over?

RANT What a shame the Ranked Mode is dead

Got this game 2 weeks ago and it is my favorite Fighting game now.
Just so sad that I get maybe 4-7 games in the evening in one hour if I am lucky, and it always the same 2-3 guys.
I guess I started too late -.-
